BUBBLE BATH BARS & MORE

BUBBLE BATH BARS

[/u][/b]1 cup sodium bicarb
1/3 cup cream of tartar
3/4 cup SLS
1/4 cup shea butter (I'm sure you can sub mango butter)

Combine dry ingredients and then slowly drizzle in melted shea butter until you have a sort of putty. Mold the bars and let them dry overnight.

BUBBLE BATH POWDER

Use the same size scoop for everything and then you don’t need to weigh stuff.

1 scoop SLS
1 scoop milk powder
1 scoop cornflour

Mix all together and use as you want.

You can mix this with glycerine or something (oil etc.) to make it into a dough (like the solid bubble slice stuff) but it’s good as a powder.

Marshmallow Bath Melts.

This was a 3rd batch and i like this version. it made loads of bubbles that lasted well over an hour, so maybe less slsa next time.

20g/20% cocoa butter
30g/30% bicarb
10g/10% citric
30g/30% slsa
10g/10% tro
colour and fragrance

Mix the bicarb, slsa and tro. it becomes dough like. added the citric, colour and fragrance, squish it all together by hand. then add the melted cocoa butter. the cb was hot, so use a spoon to mix it in. then popped it into a mould.

you need to make sure you pack it into the mould hard, otherwise you might get bits break off.

This amount made one 100g melt.

Sugar Scrub

200g (8oz) brown sugar
100g (4oz) jojoba or other light oil (I used grapeseed)
50g (2oz) M&P base
Optional colouring with mica
Optional fragrance

Was made originally with vanilla cream FO (7g) and it was yummy :-)

Can try making handscrubs with it as well, perhaps fragranced peppermint or tea tree.

You have to mix all the ingredients except the M&P, then melt the M&P and add it
to the scrub. It's nice and simple.

Heavenly Angel bath bombs

2:1 ratio Sodium bicarb to Citric Acid. (Just a Soap)

Percentages are of total combined weight of sodium bicarb and citric acid.
5% grated cocoa butter (Just a Soap)
3% fragrance oil (Smells Like Angel from Carvansons)
Powder colour (Soap Basics)
Mica (Soap Basics)
Glitter (Just a Soap)
Witch Hazel (Chemist)

Sprinkle a little glitter into each mould.
Sieve Sodium Bicarb and Citric Acid, add grated cocoa butter, mix well by hand,
add a tiny amount of powder colour and mica, and again mix well.Add fragrance oil, again mix and incorporate well. Squish some of the mixture in a clenched fist, if it sticks together then
it is ready to pack into the mould. If it is too dry add a couple of squirts of
witch hazel and again mix well.

Pack into moulds and leave to dry for about 3 to 4 hours.
Unmould and allow to dry overnight
